Industrial Tail Gas CO Treatment Technology Carbon Monoxide Removal Catalyst

Shandong Yuanlin Carbon Monoxide (CO) catalyst is a low-temperature catalyst, using ceramic and metal as carriers, coated materials, and finely crafted with high-content precious metals as the active component. It can be used to catalytically oxidize CO generated by incomplete combustion of various combustible gases. Under conditions of 150-350°C temperature and space velocity of 5000~15000h⁻¹, the CO content in the gas after purification can be reduced to below 5 ppm; the catalyst's oxygen absorption capacity can reach 50 ml/g, and it can catalyze the reaction of CO and O₂ into CO₂. The CO catalyst has a long service life and can be regenerated for reuse.

Carbon monoxide catalyst belongs to the precious metal series catalyst. This catalyst can catalyze CO gas at room temperature and pressure, enabling CO to combine with O₂ in the air to form CO₂. Its advantages lie in stable performance, maintaining stable catalysis even in environments with high moisture (RH>85%), and having good catalytic effects on low-concentration CO gas.
